Policies

All classes have a 90 minute cancellation policy. No shows or late cancels will result in losing a session from your class pack. If you have a monthly unlimited, you will be charged $10.

Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may not be permitted into class once class has started.

All aerial classes and non yoga mat classes require socks to participate. NO JEWELRY  is permitted in aerial classes.

Towels are provided at the studio. Please bring a mat and water bottle with you to class. Filtered water is available for you to fill your bottle. 

Individual showers are available for you to use. We have body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

We do not supply yoga mats so please bring one with you. Blocks and straps are available for you to use during class.

Please cancel your class if you aren’t feeling well, have a fever, or any symptoms of illness. Our high intensity germicidal UVC air purifier will help protect us all and keep us healthy and safe!
