Boot Camp

Inner Spirit Studio offers Cycle and Cardio classes throughout the day, to complement our core Hot Yoga offering. Come experience our classes which range from high-calorie burning workouts, to body toning and sweat-filled low-impact fitness classes. Our schedule includes some of the hottest new areas in fitness classes, including Barre, PiYo and TRX. Our classes are inspired by our core offering: classes built upon the tenants of interval training and heart-pumping routines. However, making sure our body is not damaged in the process, ensuring our joints and bodies are not harmed is very important. Thus the focal-point of low-impact training at Inner Spirit Studio. Our cycle classes run throughout the day, with many offering a different experience compared to what you will find at other places. Come give it a spin!



Barre is a fun and empowering class set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. For our heated barre class, room temperature is targeted at 85-90 degrees. For our Warm Barre classes, temperature is around 80 degrees.


PiYo incorporates moves from pilates and yoga, and speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results. For Warm PiYo, room temperature targeted at 80 degrees.


A fusion of pilates and yoga. This class mixes a power yoga class with a concentration on core exercises with pilates moves blended together. The Pilates core and side series is interspersed between power vinyasa yoga flow for a total body work out. No shoes--bring water and your body!


Our TRX class is a strength & conditioning class which utilizes mounted TRX fitness bands. These bands allow for a low-impact means of strengthening the core muscles, and providing resistance training to achieve a maximum body workout.

Boot Camp

Cardio Boot Camp is a type of group physical training, that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of  group intervals.  This class will have a variety of stations to change things up and offer the best cardio workout!

Spin to Yin

This Inner Spirit class is composed of 30 minutes of cycle, followed by 30 minutes of gentle/deep stretch, heated yoga. Get your workout in burning calories, and then end it the right way, by stretching/elongating the body with some fundamental yoga moves, which also engage the core/body to finalize your workout for the day.

Power Pedal

This is an intense, heart-pumping cycle class. An aggressive, max calorie-burner session that will make you leave the class feeling like you gave it your all!

Soul Ride

This cycle class will challenge your cycling while focusing on the mind & body finding unison during the process.

Ride & Glide

A cycle workout that will get your energy up without going to the extreme. Cycle at your own level with your instructor encouraging you to keep it going, without going over the top.
