Hot Vinyasa Flow
In this class, you will flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. This class is heated to 98 degrees.
Open to all levels.
Candlelight Slow Flow
This class is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based, using a bolster, and tend to be held for longer periods of time.
This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness. This class is WAR. Open to all levels.
Aerial Flow
Taking the best of our Aerial Yoga class, but without the inversions and flipping. This yoga class is for all levels. The class takes the incredible deep stretching that the silk's allow you to do, coupled with a core workout that you are used to in a power yoga class, although targeting different muscle groups as you engage with the aerial silk apparatus.
