Hot Vinyasa Flow
In this class, you will flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. This class is heated to 98 degrees.

Candlelight Yin/Slow Flow
This class is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based, using a bolster, and tend to be held for longer periods of time.
This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness. This class is non heated. Open to all levels.
Taking the best of our Aerial Yoga class, but without the inversions and flipping. This yoga class is for all levels. The class takes the incredible deep stretching that the silk's allow you to do, coupled with a core workout that you are used to in a power yoga class, although targeting different muscle groups as you engage with the aerial silk apparatus.
This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and cardio. Yoga Sculpt is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. This class is non heated. Open to all levels.
Ignite the CORE w/TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class will work all muscle groups in a fun and upbeat way! Open to all levels.
In this class you will learn to climb, invert in the air, and hang upside down. As you increase strength and comfort-level, you will learn sequences, drops, slides, and flips! This class requires that the participant has taken at least one aerial flow class.
Tone and Sculpt
This class is designed for those looking to tone their bodies regardless of individual fitness level. Our full body workout class helps you build lean muscle and increase muscular endurance. This workout uses free weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups. This class is non heated. Open to all levels.
HIIT Circuit Bootcamp
Start your day off right with this high energy HIIT circuit class! You will cycle through different stations using various pieces of equipment. This body pumping, heart racing class will strengthen the entire body all while breaking a sweat! Open to all levels.
This class is a combination of both our Aerial Flow and Aerial Fun classes. Children will learn sequences, inversions and flips. Classes run in 8 week sessions with Summer Camp also available.
